“My journey to health began on my 39th birthday in August 2017. I woke up as I have every day for at least 10 years: back pain, joint pain and a deep disdain for myself. It was on August 12, 2017 that I hit rock bottom and told myself that I didn’t want to feel like this on my 40th birthday.
I had a lot of difficulty with the training in the first few weeks. I hadn’t been active for over 10 years! I changed a lot of movements and I always encouraged myself by telling myself that at least I was moving!
Today I have never felt better, I have found the winning formula and I am motivated to face my 40’s! Yes, I have lost 103lbs, but what is even more important is that I feel good, that I finally have control over my life, that I have the desire (and the ability) to bite into every moment and that most of all, I have regained my self-confidence! “
